Summary

Plans and schedules on material replenishment and production to fulfill customer demands. Works cross functionally to generate and lead initiatives that will improve service and inventory goals.

Responsibilities

Material/production planning based on demand forecast.

Monitor the progress and compliance with the plan.

Generate reports to analyze inventory and service level, find solution or opportunity.

Planning master data management and continues improvement.

Follow up and improve KPI.

Leading projects to improve supply chain processes with LEAN/Six Sigma tools.

Job Qualifications (Required)

Bachelor degree, major in Engineering is preferred.

At least 3 years’ working experience in supply planning in foreign investment company, knowledge of SAP is preferred.

Good command of both written and spoken English.

Active, open-minded, strong communication skills.
