Continuously improving and enhancing the common global business practices and expanded capabilities initiated by Polaris and enabled by SAP – through projects (large and small). Working closely with all the other process areas to streamline and standardize our serviceKey Role and Responsibilities ?Collaborate with Area Process Owner (APO)/Area Process Lead (APL)/Global Process Owner (GPL) and Polaris organization to develop and improve OTC Customer facing business processes & systems, including Order manage, Billing, Complain, Credit Release, AR collection.?Expert for end to end process design/optimization order billing, golden tax invoice billing and different types of Customer Complains solution in OTC?Lead Projects to drive internal cross function or external customer complain process optimization for better customer complain CCRT shorten?Escalate specific business needs to obtain executive and Polaris support where appropriate ?Testing activities relating to minor and major software releases ?Change agent supporting deployments and driving continuous improvement.?Coach and guide super users and end users?Develop local training and support materials?Problem-solving on a day-to-day basis (future state when more country on SAP in AsiaREQUIREMENTS?Bachelor’s Degree required, with project management/six sigma background preferred?5~10 years OTC related jobs experiences. Preferably from a large multi-national organization.?SAP knowledge and launch experience?Good communication skills and Strong customer service orientation skills.?Demonstrated leadership. Strong analytical and Change management skills?Fluent in English, Can work in pressure
