该职位来源于猎聘Job Description:1.Lead 3M B2B digital strategy formulation and demand generation programs to maximize customer engagement on web, mobile, social and eCommerce platforms2.Build end-to-end digital customer experiences by leading a cross function team and adopting customer experience tools, Agile & SCRUM methodologies to drive brand awareness, expand online visibility, increase customer satisfaction and accelerate business growth3.Help business team and division marketing organization to translate business needs & objectives into clear user requirements to assist in developing consumer journeys and digital experiences that achieve those business goals4.Lead and manage global digital & integrated marketing campaign deployment in Greater China Area with responsibility and ownership on campaign results including but not limited to leads/opportunities creation & quality, marketing ROI, and timing delivery. 5.Foster active digital marketing learning environment that continuously shares best practices, experiences, solutions and technologies from local, global and external Basic Qualification: 1.Bachelor’s degree or above. Master degree is preferred.2.Minimum 7 years of combined experience on marketing, sales, digital marketing and/or e-commerce3.Experience on leading cross function teams and project management with on-time result delivery4.Good business English capability both on writing & speakingPreferred Qualification:1.Experience on manufacturing & industrial marketing or digital agency serving B2B markets2.Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset 3.Experience on leading changes with a shared sense of urgency, shaping the right vision, engaging stakeholders, communicating and aligning the organization, keeping up the energy4.Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven success building relationships across all levels, internally and externally, including influencing senior decision makers throughout the organization
